How to Use ASU AutoPilot

Follow these simple steps to automate your ASU Workday job applications efficiently. The process is secure, fast, and designed for students.

Step 1 - Download & Install

Visit the 'Downloads' section, choose your preferred operating system, and download the ASU AutoPilot application. Open the downloaded file to install the app on your system.

Step 2 - Provide Job Details

Open your ASU Workday portal and identify the job you want to apply for. Copy the exact job title and paste it into the "Title" field of the app. Enter your ASURITE ID and password, then click "Execute".

Step 3 - Personal Details

If running the app for the first time, you'll be prompted to enter your personal details. These are stored locally and reused for future applications. You can edit them anytime.

Step 4 - Resume & Cover Letter Review

Review your resume and cover letter before proceeding. If changes are needed, click "Edit", make updates, and save. Once satisfied, proceed with the application.

Step 5 - Fill Additional Details (First Time Only)

When using the app for the first time, fill in your education and voluntary disclosure sections. This data is saved and won't require repeated entry.

Step 6 - Submit & Repeat

Your application is now submitted successfully. You can repeat this process to apply for multiple jobs efficiently with minimal effort.
